Well, as of this week, round one of teacher observations/evaluations are finally done. Had to reschedule the last couple teachers three or four times, thanks to the snow days /delays we endured over the course of the past 30 days.
TPEC Observation Acknowledgement
With round-one evals done, it's time to complete the next step in the TPEC acknowledgement process (Fact: there are 17 in all): acknowledging your formal evaluation. Much like the process of acknowledging your pre-conference data, you will need to follow a very exacting procedure to ensure that your evaluation is likewise acknowledged correctly.
Here's what you need to do ASAP (click any image to make it bigger):

| Navigate to the bottom of the Observations section and select Formal Observation Acknowledgement |

| Click the Edit button |
 |
| Enter today's date. Select #1 from the drop-down. Check the "I acknowledge that I have received my formal observation" box |

| Select Mark Complete from the drop-down. |
Connect To School
Childcare forms are due to Sarah Poland on Monday 25 Jan.
Please be sure you've sent a personal invitation or made a telephone call to each of your parents to let them know they're invited to Connect To School Day on Friday 29 Jan.
There will be one more send-home flyer as well as another robo-call on Tuesday next week, too.
National Title 1
On Wednesday 27 January, Heather Overton will serve as acting-administrator.
On Thursday 28 January, it will be Stef Perkins' turn.
And on Friday 29 January, Sheila White will be the acting-admin.
Please remember, in my absence, it's my hope you will be able to arrange to collaboratively work with your grade-level or hallway peers to find a place for students who need a brief time-out or change of venue.
