- Follow the Evacuation Plan map and proceed to your assembly area on the field.
- Close all classroom doors.
- Ensure the door-knob is left unlocked.
- On the field, take roll to ensure that all students are accounted for.
- Show your green card if all students are present.
- Show your red card if you have a student who is unaccounted for.
- A member of the Safety & Crisis Team will assist in locating your student
- Wait quietly for the "all clear, return to the building" announcement.
- Several non-teaching staff members have been assigned to check hallways and bathrooms.
- Kitchen staff will secure their equipment and evacuate the building via the rear kitchen doors.
- Office staff will secure the office and evacuate to the field.
You will be locked-out in the event of a building lockdown while students are on the playground.
Please evacuate to the Flagstaff High School campus immediately and await law enforcement or notification that it is safe to return to the building. If the FHS Dome is available, members of the crisis team will apprise you of this and escort you to the doors of the facility where you will wait until it is safe to return.
