Hello everyone,A few things coming up on the calendar that you might want to be aware of:
Spring Carnival
The PTO is hard at work pulling together another Spring Carnival, always their final and very well-attended school-wide evening event of the school-year. Remember: the goal of this event, which will take place on Wednesday evening, 19 April, is ultimately to put money into your classroom. Thing is, you don't get to be a beneficiary of this largess unless you participate. Lots of folks have already responded to the email Mr. Bergs sent out on Wednesday, seeking input about your willingness to be involved. There's still time for you to join in fun. I encourage you to let Mr. Bergs and the PTO know today if you'd like to host an event that night.
Heritage Square
May the Fourth be with you! Our K-2 students will perform at our annual Heritage Square Suzuki Violin event that Thursday at high noon: Star Wars Day. Lunch times will be adjusted quite radically that day in order to accommodate the "walking fieldtrip" out littles will take to get to the Square on time.

Symphony Link-Up
The annual Link-Up concert has been rescheduled for our third, fourth and fifth graders. The new date is Monday 17 April. Be sure to remind your students of the Monday fieldtrip on Friday 14 April before they go home.
Registrations and sponsorship applications are now available online for our seventh annual Marshall Adult Dodgeball fundraiser, the first 32 teams to register get to play.
Similarly, Mrs. Reasor has issued an appeal for support and assistance in coordinating this gargantuan undertaking. Thanks to those of you who have already replied to her to express your willingness, and in some cases all-out eagerness, to participate. One way or another, we hope to see all of you at the Thorpe Park tennis courts on Sunday 21 May.
