Hello everyone,

 RAK, Retirements, & Resignations
The end-of-the-year event which was proposed recently to combine our RAK obligations, staff retirements, and resignations into one simple celebration that was to follow Dodgeball on Sunday afternoon is canceled.

 My thanks to all who tried to do what they could to pull this off for the benefit of Marshall school, our students, and our nearly-departed staff members.

 If you would like to contribute to the church's RAK efforts, you are encouraged to bid on items at their online auction.

 Report Cards
The schedule for our end of the year report cards is as follows:
  • Friday, May 22rd: If you are a Special Area Teacher please have your grades entered by 12:00 noon. Malinda will do an initial attendance rollover (this will not be official until the last day). Please do not transfer grades until the announcement has been made Friday afternoon. Regular classroom teachers will have the afternoon and weekend to work on report cards. It is important to remember to indicate in the "Comments" box that "Student attendance is accurate as of May 22, 2015. Actual days membership through May 28, 2015, will be entered in student cum folder." 
  • Thursday, May 29th: Last Day of School: Report Cards will be sent home with students at the end of the day. 
  • Friday, May 30th: Teacher Work Day: Please make sure you have a copy of the students' report cards to put in their permanent file by the end of this day.  Malinda will have a printout of the "official" attendance report for you to enter on the attendance page in their files.

Year-end Check-out
Teachers, please complete each component of the Year-end Check-out Check-list and submit it to the office during the Teacher Work Day on Friday, 29 May.  Erin, Malinda, or I will check you out of your classroom as soon as we are able to thereafter.

 Please complete the FUSD Inventory Check-list that was put into your mailboxes, too.
